BootFit (“we,” “our,” or “us”) operates this website to offer footwear and related services. By placing an order through this site, you accept the following terms.

• All our products are clearly showcased via photos and/or videos on the product page.

• Some shoes may be replicas or local Indian-made footwear. Please review product details before purchasing.

• Minor manufacturing flaws such as glue marks, finishing issues, or transit-related de-shaping will not be considered defects.

• All prices are listed in INR (Indian Rupees).

• We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice.

• Orders will only be processed upon successful payment.

• Products are typically shipped within 1–2 business days after order confirmation.

• Delivery is guaranteed within 15 days (excluding unforeseen courier delays).

• We are not responsible for delays caused by incorrect addresses or courier issues.

You may request a refund or exchange under the following conditions:

Eligible:

• Order not received within 15 days (excluding 1–2 days processing).

• Wrong size sent (replacement provided).

• Major damage/defect (with parcel opening video as proof).

Not Eligible:

​

• No unboxing video provided.

• Change of mind or dislike of the product.

• Issues like minor glue, finishing, or de-shaping.

• Orders for 6A category shoes (non-refundable).

• Customer provided the wrong address or failed to receive delivery.

If you ordered the wrong size, you can request an exchange by paying INR 300 (for return and re-shipping). Pickup will be arranged on request.

BootFit is not liable for any indirect or incidental damages arising from the use of our products or website.

All content including images, videos, logos, and text on this site is the property of BootFit and may not be copied or reproduced without permission.
