Shipping Policy

At BootFit, we aim to deliver your footwear quickly, securely, and efficiently. Please read our shipping policy to understand how your orders are processed and shipped.

1. Order Processing

  • All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

2. Delivery Timeframe

  • We guarantee delivery within 15 days from the date of processing.

  • Please note that unforeseen courier delays or external circumstances (such as strikes, natural disasters, etc.) may impact delivery times.

3. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping costs, if applicable, will be mentioned during checkout.

  • For size exchanges due to customer error, a charge of INR 300 will apply (covers both pickup and delivery). We will arrange the reverse pickup on request.

4. Tracking Information

  • Once your order is shipped, tracking details will be shared via WhatsApp or email.

  • You can use the tracking link to monitor your order status.

5. Delivery Issues

We are not responsible for the following:

  • Orders not delivered due to incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.

  • Delays caused by the courier company or local delivery services.

  • Refused or unclaimed packages.

6. Parcel Opening Video Requirement

To be eligible for any return, replacement, or refund due to damage or defect, a parcel opening video is mandatory. Claims without video proof will not be entertained.

7. 6A Category Shoes

Please note, orders placed for 6A grade shoes (locally made, budget models) are non-refundable and non-returnable, and are shipped as-is.
