Refund & Exchange Policy

Eligible for Refund or Reshipment:

You may request a refund or reshipment in the following cases:

  • Non-Delivery: You did not receive your order within the guaranteed time frame (15 days, excluding the 1–2 day processing period).

  • Wrong Size Received: If you received a different size than what you ordered (we will offer a free replacement).

  • Damaged or Defective Product: If the product is received damaged or has major defects (cuts or severe damage), and you provide a parcel opening video as proof.

Note: Minor glue marks, finishing flaws, or de-shaping during transit are not considered valid reasons for return, as these are replica products.

If you ordered the wrong size and wish to exchange, it can be done by paying INR 300 (covers both side courier charges). Pickup will be arranged upon request.

  • No unboxing video is provided for the product received.

  • You do not like the product — all shoes are shown clearly in product videos before purchase.

  • Orders of 6A grade shoes – These are low-cost, locally manufactured shoes and are non-refundable and non-returnable.

  • Orders delayed due to incorrect shipping details provided by you or courier-related delays.

  • Orders delayed due to exceptional circumstances beyond our control (e.g., courier strikes, natural disasters, etc.).
