1. How long will it take to receive my order?


Orders are processed within 1–2 business days and delivered within 15 days. Delays may occur due to courier issues or remote delivery locations.

2. What if I receive a damaged or defective product?

If your item is damaged or has a major defect (such as cuts or serious flaws), we offer a replacement. However, you must provide a parcel opening video as proof to claim a replacement.

3. Can I exchange my shoes if I ordered the wrong size?

Yes, size exchanges are available for a fee of INR 300 (covers both pickup and delivery). Contact us via WhatsApp to request an exchange and arrange the pickup.

5. What are 6A shoes, and are they eligible for returns?

6A shoes are low-cost, locally made Indian footwear. Due to their budget nature, they are not eligible for refunds or exchanges under any circumstances.

4. Are returns accepted if I don't like the product?

Unfortunately, no. We do not accept returns or issue refunds for reasons like personal dislike, as all shoes are shown clearly in product videos before purchase.
